“A traditional style lager whose origins are from Pilsen, in the Czech Republic. This beer is relatively crisp and clean with a very soft water profile. It is highly hopped early and late with noble Saaz hops, generating a fair amount of bitterness and spicy, grassy hop aromas, tempered somewhat by the malt bill. A wonderful drinking beer for sunny days by the river or lake, we always take a 6 pack with us in summer. The main idea behind this beer is refreshment and the name Pivo, means simply “Beer” and that is how we want you to think of it. Pivo, please!” –  King River Brewing
